Application
As a food colorant, my country stipulates that it can be used in fruit juice (flavored) drinks, carbonated drinks, prepared wines, green plums, shrimp (flavored) slices, pickled side dishes, red and green silk candies, pastry decorations and canned watermelon jam. The maximum usage is 0.1g/kg; the maximum usage in plant protein drinks and lactic acid bacteria drinks is 0.05g/kg; the maximum usage in ice cream is 0.02g/kg.
